L’équipe CYcles BIOgéochimiques Marins : processus et perturbations (CYBIOM) a pour objectif une meilleure connaissance des cycles biogéochimiques marins (notamment le cycle du carbone, mais aussi de l’azote et du silicium), de leurs réponses aux perturbations résultant des activités humaines, et du rôle des microorganismes phytoplanctoniques et benthiques dans ces cycles et leurs perturbations (changement climatique, acidification des eaux, eutrophisation et pollutions métalliques) dans l’océan ouvert, les récifs coralliens et les mangroves.
